As an enthusiastic researcher with boundless curiosity, I am hungry for knowledge and fascinated by science and aim to solve challenging scientific questions in neurodegenerative diseases. I grew up in Taiwan, where I also completed my bachelor’s and master’s degree and expanded my interest in cell-cell communication. I completed my Ph.D. in brain vascular biology from the University of Zurich with PD. Dr. Lara Ogunshola. I joined Keller group in 2020 Nov and continued my research journey in the brain vasculature field. In this innovative, open, and multicultural environment, Annika and all Keller group members support me to improve my technical skills including omics data analysis, computational languages (R and python), and novel imaging technologies. Currently, I am working on various projects in the lab to understand cell-cell interactome at the neurovascular unit and throughout the whole brain vasculatures.
I love to explore the world, especially somewhere close to nature/wildt. Take advantage of living in Switzerland, I often camp, hike, and Via Ferrata in the Alpine area. In my free time, I enjoy playing squash and cooking different cuisines.
